How to Get to the Courthouse Annex
The Annex entrance at 401 is only for attorneys, law enforcement officers, prosecutors, and court personnel. Everyone else enters at the main courthouse entrance, 800 E Twiggs St, and goes through security. From there, take the stairs up to the catwalk over East Twiggs Street, which leads into the Annex. Plan to arrive early so you have time for security and the walk over. Attendance at court dates is often required and should be assumed mandatory unless the court or your attorney explicitly says otherwise.
